Our Services are intended for use by schools, teachers, and students. By using our Services, you represent that you are either a school administrator, teacher, or a student authorized to use the platform.
Account Registration
During registration, schools will provide basic information such as name and address. Teachers can then be added by the school administrators and will be able to create and manage classes, as well as track student performance.
Use of Services
Schools
Schools are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Teachers
Teachers may create classes and manage student data. They are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of the data they manage.
Students
Students may access the platform under the supervision of their teachers.
Data Protection and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Codju Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability

Your Restrictions and Responsibilities

Compromises the security of any computer network or attempts to bypass any password or security encryption codes.
Runs Maillist, Listserv, any form of auto-responder, or "spam" on the Services, or activates any processes that run while you are not logged in, or otherwise interferes with the proper functioning of the Services.
"Crawls," "scrapes," or "spiders" any page, data, or portion of the Services or Content, whether manually or through automated means.
Copies or stores any significant portion of the Content.
Decompiles, reverse engineers, or otherwise attempts to access the source code or underlying ideas or information related to the Services.
Codju Technologies reserves the right to terminate access to any third-party application or service connected to our APIs. We also reserve the right to remove any Content from the Services at any time, for any reason. You are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise disseminate using the Services. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services needed to connect to, access, or use the Services, and for withholding, filing, and reporting all taxes, duties, and other governmental assessments associated with your activities.
